Highly recommend!

Pros: It’s a beautiful property, with the perfect location if you want to explore Amsterdam. It’s easy to go anywhere in the city by foot, public transport or by car. The interiors are beautifully decorated and very clean as well. We really loved having a great bar and restaurant on the property. I’d definitely recommend including breakfast with your reservation, it’s great value and very delicious. However, the main standout was the amazing service. All employees made us feel like they genuinely wanted us to have a great time, were very thoughtful and attentive, and service was speedy and professional every single time.

A lovely treat.

Pros: A very beautiful hotel in a central location. We upgraded to deluxe double room. It was spacious, very clean with a huge comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and professional who were interested in helping you to have the best stay possible. We had breakfast one day of our stay. Lots of quality choices hot and cold. I would recommend this hotel, you probably will get cheaper accommodation but it’s worth every penny.

Great location and comfort, but showing some wear

Pros: - Excellent location, right in the center but not too noisy - Very polite, helpful staff - Very good quality amenities - Very comfortable bed

Cons: - The property feels a bit tired and could use some refreshing in places - The mini-bar fridge makes a low noise, noticeable at night

Magical, made to feel like a VIP

Pros: The property was absolutely stunning, it was very regal, beautiful and cosy.

Cons: Everything was perfect apart from our waterfall shower didn’t work properly and the shower did leak, however when reported to the staff it was Handles excellently and very quick, the hotel staff could not have been more helpful and offered us some lovely stoop waffles as a gesture of good will.
