Comfortable

Excellent location, spacious room, king size comfy bed

Pros: Location was excellent, the tram stop was right in front of the hotel, city center 10-15 min by foot. Spacious room, renovated shower cabin, complimentary water bottle, as well as wine and sweets for our anniversary!

Cons: Some mold spots in the bathroom.

Loved my time in Amsterdam

Pros: The room was lovely and the view from the room was great. It was a great location for me. The sweets at the desk were a great treat. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Right near the tram stop, Plenty of bars and eateries' nearby.

Pros: Very nice staff, good and very clean room, great location for a tourist, everything is within walking distance and there is no need to use public transport.

Cons: Unfortunately there were no slippers in the room.

A good hotel in the centre of Amsterdam. Great public transport links.

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to Bars, Clubs and Restaurants. Staff were friendly and the Breakfast was good. Very close to absolutely everything you could want or need in an Amsterdam trip.

Cons: This is not a problem with the hotel, although more attention could be brought to it at the booking stage. Tourist tax is extremely high. Do some research on this, as it is payable on arrival and is 12.5% of the overnight accommodation price. Including VAT, this can be around 33% and that is per person. Not everyone (including me) will factor this in when booking hotels.
