Leonardo Eden Hotel Amsterdam City Center

Pros: The hotel reception area, bar and restaurant seemed really nice.

Cons: The room was too dark and smaller than expected.

3 night stay

Pros: The location was fantastic, very walkable but also very close to tram, train, tourboat. The view was amazing, we turned the seats to the window, you def dont need a tv. The apartment was spacious and provided separate bedrooms. The character of the house was charming and made you apprechiate different historical times.

Cons: Nothing, but some might find the stairs challenging rather than interesting

Great location and bar staff

Pros: The location and staff were great. The hotel bar staff were fabulous

Cons: The small double certainly was small I would recommend a double room

Amsterdam

Pros: The staff understood that we could not stay in the booked apartment and changed us to 2 x hotel rooms. The booked apartment was in another building on the 4th floor with very dangerous stairs, very old, foul carpet.

Cons: The apartment that we booked! It is not safe or suitable for accommodation. Maybe a backpackers for 20yr olds only. Booking.com should not have it on their books. We were lucky there were 2 spare hotel rooms.

Great location.

Pros: The location is great, everything is walking distance. Breakfast was very good.

Cons: Since the room had its own entrance, it was on the road which made it noisy.

City break

Pros: Close to everything.,its just in a heart of the city centre.Very walkable.Comfy beds.It was not a problem for us with a stairs.Great apartment.has everything what we needed.was easy check in and out.

Cons: Nothing.

Historic Dutch loft accommodation

Pros: The location was great in the centre of Amsterdam on a canal with supermarket and restaurants close by. The staff were very helpfull and breakfast was available if required. The bed was comfortable and the loft was reasonably clean. We had our own kitchen. Quiet at night. Very quirky.

Cons: The steep narrow stairs to the loft were dangerous when carrying a suitcase up there. Only a task for young people. We did worry about emergency fire exit which was the same steep stairs only. Some of the handrail fixings to the wall had come loose. Entrance was via a side lane.

Had a brilliant time, and loved Amsterdam.

Pros: Amazing views, great location - a good sized apartment for a family. Kitchen facilities were limited but fine for occasional use.

Cons: Beds were not hugely comfortable.

Pros: The accommodation was generally good. I have satisfied with cleaning and breakfast.

Cons: There is narrow stairs to reach to the rooms. You can hardly carry your suitcase up! This detail is not indicated in photos. We were only in the main building for breakfast. We stayed in a different building on a side street with 3 floors and 4 rooms. The photos of this building are not included here.
