A great trip
Pros: Good location. Reasonably priced. All start apart from one (at night) were friendly and happy.
Cons: When I told the late night receptionist about our TV not working he was quite rude, told us it would be fixed the next day but no one came to fix.

Our stay was very enjoyable.
Pros: The staff were exceptional, location was fantastic you were close to the busses and trains. Location was close to the canal and was great for walking everywhere.
Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like, only downside was the stairs,if a person had an issue with stairs this isn't the place to stay.

Great location
Pros: Amazing location, staff were super helpful. Bathroom had all necessary toiletries and bedroom was simple and clean.
Cons: The walls were very thin, could hear conversations in rooms next to us. The bed was also hard and the pillows were HUGE, we asked for smaller pillows but they said they dont have any so we ended up using jumpers as a pillow.

Overall pleasant stay.
Pros: The room was nice. Being in a room the front of the hotel was a bit noisy from the outside street activities.
Cons: The hotel does not have an elevator. The stairs are a bit tricky to navigate with luggage.

A very solid experience with some drawbacks.
Pros: There's no better location than this one. You can't be in a better spot. The room itself was quite decent, and it had everything you need for a quick stay (a day or two). The bed was comfy and the window views are exceptional. I could see the main street straight from the bed! :)
Cons: The hotel is located in an old building. The building itself is fine, but it's one of those high, narrow buildings (old ones) so going up the stairs is a serious challenge as they're very steep and short (half a foot per each step), so it's a real adventure to go up, especially if you're carrying big or heavy suitcases. I wouldn't say this is an issue with the hotel itself. It's just a fact that you need to live with. The rooms are also tiny. Like seriously VERY SMALL (again -- issue of the building itself, it can't be different). The worst part for me, as I'm a large person, I couldn't enter the shower. I know hotels can have really small showers, but this one had the smallest one ever. So, not bathing for 2 days in Amsterdam while sightseeing nonstop wasn't a fun experience for me.
