Great location and great bang for your buck

Pros: If you are coming to Amsterdam as a tourist, Hotel Benn is in the perfect location for a basic stay. Nothing fancy but a great price considering it is a 5 minute walk from centraal station and is in the heart of the tourist attractions.

Cons: Room as a whole was nothing special and had mediocre beds and toilets but this is reflected in the price and I still felt like I had a good deal.

Cons: Probably it's tough after night out the cleaners that's all but they are good workers

Pros: The staff were very attentive and understanding, which was wonderful. All the staff were so kind and good-hearted that I wish I could have stayed another day. The location is really great, close to everything and safe. Our room was very clean and tidy, and even though it was in a very central location, I slept very well at night and didn't have any noise issues. If I were to come back, I would definitely choose this place again. 10/10 🫶🏻

Overall very happy.😊

Pros: For the price i was extremely happy with my room. Beds were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly. Great location!

Cons: Unfortunately this hotel has no lift and i think 4 floors of quite narrow spiral stairs, which isn’t great if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage.
