Good location, friendly staff and value for money.

Pros: Great central location next to the train station and a good base for exercise exploring both Leiden and other cities in The Netherlands. Rooms were quiet even if the view wasn’t anything special. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Fridge was fixed shut, it's quite useful to have a fridge to put water or other soft drinks in.

Comfortable, great location, would recommend!

Pros: Location was perfect, right by Leiden Centraal and also near shops and food places. The beds were so comfy and the bathrooms clean - we had the best sleeps as soon as we got into bed.

Cons: Everything was good except I did note that when housekeeping was done, sometimes no sweep/vacuum was done on the floors. Would be handy to have a kettle, maybe other higher rooms offered that.

A nice hotel next to the station

Pros: Very close to the train station, the room was nice and spacious, with a classic design, great bed materace, a really nice bathroom and a shower. In my room I had a coffee machine and a kettle, super convenient. Very nice and helpful staff.

Cons: It was cold in the room, with no way to increase the temperature quickly and effectively, which influenced my whole experience in this hotel. Chrome cast didn’t work. Breakfast just ok.

Pros: Location: very close to the train station and town center.

Cons: Room arrangement: Very big room and bathroom but badly arranged and uncomfortable, especially the bathroom where everything was really uncomfortable and inconveniently arranged. A wider selection of snacks would be appreciated in the vending machine, since no snacks available at the bar. Only crisps and 2x candy bars are not really a 'snack selection'.

Great location, friendly staff and very clean.

Pros: The location was fantastic, hotel very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. This is the third time that I have stayed here.

Cons: There was only one pillow, think a spare one should be left in the cupboard for people who require 2 pillows. On my first visit a year ago, there was a kettle and cups in the room however, during my second visit in May 2025 the kettle was removed and wasn’t there during my third visit.

Perfect hotel for a quick visit to Leiden.

Pros: The location is amazing, plus the lobby and the rooms are pretty nice.

Cons: It was a bit expensive.

Pros: Great location near trainstation and walking distance from the centre. Quiet surroundings. Good bed, nice bathroom. Nice breakfast
