Netherlands 🇳🇱

Nice hotel, great location

Pros: Excellent location, close to the city center and Leiden Centraal. Very quiet. Good parking facilities, also for EV.

Cons: We arrived a little early, there was only online check in and that didn’t work so we had to call. Also for checking out it didn’t work online so we had to call. Felt a bit unpersonal.

Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful; breakfast was great. Windows well isolated.

Cons: There’s a 10min walk ti the old city with no bus connectivity. When so cold - it’s challenging.

The best place to stay in Leiden!

Pros: LOVED that the rooms have fridges and coffee/tea machines. The location is great for visiting Leiden and all surrounding cities. Nicely decorated with the ability to open up a room to get some fresh air. Modern housekeeping/doorbell features are cool.

Cons: There not being an area where you can undress before you go into the shower. Having some hangers in the large shower cell and a shaded shower door would solve the 'privacy' issues.

Pros: Loved the modern design, comfortable bed and plenty of space for storing clothes. The room is equipped with a fridge and a safe. Large shower. Very close to the station and to Leiden city center. Everything is functional and the staff is very helpful. Good value for money for the standard in Leiden.

Cons: I did not love the arrangement of the bathroom sink in front of the bed, but this is just a matter of personal taste. Breakfast is extremely expensive.

Good comfortable room and staff were very friendly

Pros: Clean and had air conditioning which was perfect (stayed there during a heatwave)

Cons: Bike storage, which we required, was at another hotel.

Pros: Right beside the train station. Lovely hotel excellent air conditioning and facilities

Pros: Modern and minamalistic. A lovely lounge in the lobby with seats and tables to have meals at.

Cons: Hotel is set up to be self service as far as possible, so it's a little hard to find staff if you need help and havent got a local number to dial for assistance. The front desk at the sister hotel next door is always staffed so they may be able to help. One point to note - shower door is transparent so best to be comfortable with your travel partner.

Pros: I was impressed by this Hotel. Everything was clean, the location was perfect. What I liked most was the fact that at the lobby you could buy everything you need that you might have forgotten home: chargers, food, personal products etc.
