Pros: Good, comfortable hotel. We got an upgrade to a slightly larger room, which was nice, though quite expensive city taxes added to the cost. Pleasant staff Nice lobby and decent coffee machine across the day. Located close to the many attractions Leiden has to offer and close enough to the station to facilitate a Kate arrival in a blizzard.

Cons: Note that the dining area is being refurbished, so breakfast is on the small side for 12.5E.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable. Access into the building and our room via the WhatsApp codes was really easy. The Wi-Fi code didn't work for us, but when I called the staff they gave me an alternate password for the other Wi-Fi server and that worked perfectly.

Pros: The hotel is centrally located and very close to the train station and main roads.

Cons: The toilet seat and generally the bathroom could have been cleaned better.

Pros: Excellent location close to all places of interest in the town, and an easy walk to restaurants. Spacious room and very helpful staff.

Cons: Maybe some more english language channels on the tv.

Great place to stay in the heart of Leiden!

Pros: Design, location, cleaness, and bed was really comfortable !

Cons: Our bed was standing against the door, which made the entrance really small. For the rest - very clean and nicely designed .

Hotel Rembrandt. The perfect hotel in this lovely canal and river City.

Pros: Absolutely the perfect hotel in Leiden to stay. Great location, wonderful staff and landmarks next door. What more can you ask for? Add to that an impeccably clean hotel. Small but a class apart.
