Very nice and would recommend!

Pros: Good breakfast, very nice room and bathroom, and good facilities. Also a great location.

Cons: Airconditioning/heating system was difficult to regulate and made a lot of noise.

Great boutique hotel in central Leiden with self-check-in.

Pros: breakfast à la cart with few but original options. Not very copious, but quality is very good.

Cons: Very narrow staircase.

Very bijou and comfortable hotel, but the street was a little noisy.

Pros: The room was well laid out and very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small but the shower was good and the water toasting hot. The location is central and convenient for the university and town centre.

Cons: The stairs are extremely steep and extremely narrow. They are not for the faint hearted or anybody with mobility issues. Carrying a large suitcase up would be extremely challenging, and there was little help available. The road is busy and was very noisy with a lot of vocal passersby (I was there on Friday and Saturday night so maybe it is quieter midweek). Consider bringing earplugs...

Great place to stay in the city center of Leiden

Pros: Very good location. Wonderful breakfast options. Pleasant and helpful manager/owner. Comfortable room, with Air-conditioning and a great bathroom. Comfortable bed. We enjoyed that there were two TV's available. Good WIFI as well. All of the center of Leiden was in walking distance. Plenty of shops restaurants supermarkets and even the Market were all very close by. Parking also available for those with a Car.

Cons: We did miss some appliances that could have improved our stay, such as a microwave, fridge and utensils.

Gorgoeus hotel in great location.

Pros: Fabulous location, really clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Great attention to detail.

Cons: Stairs are very steep, so not for anyone with poor mobility, but not a problem at all for me.

A pleasant stay in a charming and conveniently located hotel.

Pros: My room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. However, the stairs leading to the room might be challenging for someone with mobility issues. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything Leiden has to offer. Breakfast wasn’t included in the room rate, but the selection was good and the food was tasty.

Perfect location, comfortable room, will definitely book again if staying in Leiden again

Pros: Notifications on how to enter, room was ready and as expected. Sound proof windows. Climate control made our stay during hot and noosy night very comfortable. Tea making facilities appreciated!

Cons: MINOR issues. Mail said parking was 28, however price has gone up to EUR 30. Staircase is very narrow, not suitable if you’re suffering from mobility issues.

Charming stay at the heart of Leiden

Pros: Charming boutique hotel at heart of Leiden! Very close to museums and the university, at the heart of everything on a lovely, cobbled street. Really loved it!

Great location but wouldn't return.

Pros: The location was perfect as we were participating in the half marathon. There were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Cons: The staircase was incredibly steep, our room was on the second floor and there was no lift. No help was offered to take our luggage to the room.
