Somewhere I would always return to

Pros: It is clean and smart and quiet and a beautiful house

Cons: I wish I had booked a room with a bath but it is a lively room and bathroom

Beatiful place

Pros: Very nice place, excellent location, service oriented staff

Cons: You need to add 25Euro for the paid public parking per day. This should be better mentioned on the site, as we assumed parking is from the hotel.

The stay was okay

Pros: Good location, spacious and clean room, easy check-in.

Cons: The shower door leaked some water into the bathroom, the upper floors made noises. Late check out was possible but costed additional money, no bathrobes, no slippers.

Pros: Really nice old building with very nice and comfortable room

Cons: There’s a church bell that rings every half hour. Even at night. Not a problem for us though.

Pros: We appreciated the hotel's flexibility with early check-in and holding our bags securely after check-out until we were able to depart. All the staff were cheerful, chatty and friendly. Any queries were dealt with quickly. The hotel is incredibly attractive and in a brilliant location.

Pros: From check-in to check-out, this beautiful and comfortable hotel was friendly and exemplary. Thanks so much for looking after us so well, even on a short stay. I was lucky enough to have my own lounge and ancient privvy! It's by the water - the outdoor photo is from a river cruise.

The only place we stay in Leiden!

Pros: Beautiful property, clean comfortable rooms, an amazing breakfast, but most of all a friendly, caring, and professional staff, all of whom are dedicated to making sure that every single detail is perfect.

An excellent few days in a delightful city.

Pros: The room was spacious with a huge bed and the breakfasts were excellent.

Cons: Limited check-in times, breakfast was set and not a choice, no bar as the hotel is not manned 24 hours.
