Pros: very nice hotel, historical building with very friendly service, a wonderful garden to sit in and relax, read, work. Beautiful breakfast room.

Pros: Perfect location. Very stylish interior. Fantasting staff - elegant and attentive. Breakfast on very high level with outstanding quality of ingredients.

Cons: I had only one experience with Peacock Alley restaurant and it was below expectations - the chef may have had a bad day - my wagyu steak instead of bleu/rare came medium/ well-done. The icecream/ chocolate dessert came with icecream completely melted - maybe it was supposed to be this way but not a dessert that you are looking forward to. It was all well compensated with 2 glasses of champagne which I appreciated but eventually it was not encouraging to try the restaurant again.

Great hotel but needs some improvement on organisation and communication between staff members.

Pros: The interior and location of the hotel are perfect. The facilities in the room are also very nice and luxurious. Breakfast was well arranged.

Cons: Check-in was a disaster, it took them almost 45mins to get us checked in. This is not something one expects from a hotel of this range. Coffee (flat white) at breakfast was cold.

Exceptional

Pros: Beautiful hotel with amazing service and staff. It is centrally located, offering a filling and healthy breakfast. The area boasts really nice shops, and there is a large supermarket close by. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the spa offers amazing treatments.

Cons: When someone moves on the top floors, you can hear it. However, this is something to be expected and is present in all of the buildings in Europe; it does not detract from the overall amazing experience
