Good spot & great staff.

Pros: Great location and very helpful and friendly staff

Cons: Room had a constant smell from the toilet. Even with the toilet door closed there was a little whiff of it.

Have found our “place” in Amsterdam!

Pros: What isn’t to like? The use of space is so smart and we wanted for nothing. Massimo was amazing and helped us not only locate the hotel but to get our luggage from the car to our rooms and back again.

Cons: The lighting in the bedroom was on the dull side but that is us searching for something!

Enjoyable stay like home in Amsterdam city center

Pros: We were here for the second time, because all family liked the previous stay. Another beautiful vintage room. It’s really romantic hotel and feels like home. Super location, nice window view. Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed, good shower, coffee/tea. Nice atmosphere.

Romantic New Year stay in Amsterdam city center

Pros: We came for the New year stay. Really historical building, super location, amazing view to the channel from the windows. Very special vintage shower in this room. Comfy bed. Good coffee and tea in the room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Museums, restaurants, shops nearby.

Pros: Good location, near tram stops, cozy bed, everything was clean and receptionist was very nice. I like that they offer body lotion with shampoo and body wash

Very pleasant unplanned stay at a lovely hotel

Pros: Staff were incredibly friendly and gave fantastic advice. Location is good with lots of nearby transport links

Cons: Sometimes a bit noisy at weekends but hotel does provide complimentary earplugs which made the situation much easier.

Perfectly capturing the essence of Amsterdam city!

Pros: This property was adorable! Very cosy, moody decor, and well set out. We really enjoyed our stay in this unique hotel. It perfectly captures Amsterdam in your room. The room was a good size, the bathroom was spacious, clean and very sophisticated! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond during our stay.

Cons: Something to keep in mind (as with most hotel in Amsterdam), most building are old heritage building without lifts and narrow/steep stairways to get up and down. Not a bad thing, we actually thought our stairway was quite quaint and unique, but could pose an issue if you have mobility issues. Ask before booking about the stairs and if there are lower floor rooms available 😊

Pros: Incredible stay, made better by the warm welcoming staff, really enjoyed it. Hotel is beautiful, decor is top, very clean everywhere, you can tell they really take their time to clean everything, location couldn’t be better, beautiful part of the city.
