Great value for money at central location

Pros: Location, very spacious rooms. Not sure what other reviewers are complaining about. One of them complaint of a view of train tracks..for a hotel next to a train station. Shower was great.

Cons: My room was pretty warm at 23 and wouldn’t cool. Let the staff know on checkout. Didn’t disturb me too much but I like it a little cooler. Bed was fine, little curvy but in a bad way

Naked saunas - good food.

Pros: The spa was excellent. I bit of a surprise to my English sensibilities that it was of the naked sort, but when in Rome. Also the food at the restaurant, size of rooms and location were top!

Cons: Maybe could have had a better cooked breakfast.

Pros: Amazing place! Very clean, staff super efficient and nice. Comfy room. Outstanding shower!

Modern and comfortable room near train station

Pros: Modern room nicely furnished and comfortable inside. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the room was quiet. Location is great right next to train station and convenient to the Uni. Restaurant/bar on top floor has a nice view.

Cons: My room only had a view out onto a common area which was annoying because I had to keep my curtains closed the whole time for privacy. Also not the easiest or most well-marked hotel to find, but I managed in the end.

Pros: Clean and tidy good large room and bed , clean and modern bathroom.

Leiden is a lovely city to visit

Pros: Right beside the train station. And about a 10 minute walk to Leiden centre.

Pros: The wonderful Spa facilities offered at a reduced rate to hotel guests. Proximity to station. Lovely staff

Cons: Bed was too soft.

Pros: Just 15 minutes from the airport by train with a frequent schedule, this accommodation offers spacious, quiet rooms with a large comfortable bed and a convenient desk. Guests can enjoy free morning swimming in a small pool from 8–9:30 am. The neighborhood has bars and a good restaurant (try Paco Ciao), as well as a local sweet booth selling Krentenbollen with raisins. The old city is only 10 minutes away.

Cons: Finding the building can be tricky—it’s the neighboring glass building next to the train station and has no sign. The lower floors are offices. The lounge is a large open space with no recognizable hotel elements. To reach the hotel, use the elevator on the left to go upstairs to the 12th-floor reception.

Very central hotel.

Pros: Nice room, friendly staff. The hotel being adjacent to the railway station was great. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons: The lay-out of the building was confusing, different lifts serving different floors. We saw no signage naming the hotel, nor did we know that we should park in the basement car park to access the hotel.

Spacy room, just at the centraal station with small table.

Pros: Great view, spacy rooms incl. bath, lights flexible. Right at the centraal station, still quiet (had a room further up). Coffee machine & electric kettle in the room very useful - just paper cups though.

Cons: Pity that the table didn't allow to stretch the legs, there would be plenty of space to place a regular table, not just an extension of the bed. Shower water spills over the entire bathroom, that's the price of infinite space for showering... I don't like carpet floors.
