Pros: Comfortable stay, clean rooms, amazing location. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Comfortable and well equipped apartment.

Pros: Excellent, nice apartment, quiet, very well equipped and warm welcome.

Pros: The room was amazing. The bed, the couch, the table, and the art in the room were great. The place is close to the railway station.

Cons: The water from the shower took a lot of time to drain and was filling up the shower room/toilet.

Staff in reception was very nice and I feel welcome, had a good and comfortable rest

Pros: Good and clean, for money we pay was really more than worth it

Pros: The room is spacious with a very nice view. Facilities of the kitchen is comprehensive and well maintained. Sofa and chairs are comfortable. Bed is very comfortable, too. There are 2 TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. I also like the security. Keycard tapping is required for the lift and also from lift lobby to the rooms. Most importantly, the location is super convenient. it is 10 mins walk from Amsterdam Zuid station and the tram station is right in front of the hotel. There are 2 supermarkets, Albert Heijn, within 5 mins walking distance. Surroundings of the hotel are high class commercial buildings. It is quiet, clean and safe. I love the high-end Siemens oven. Microwave is one of the built-in function of this Siemens oven. You can choose to use both microwave + oven at the same time which is very good for heating up oliebollen, crispy on the outside while soft & moist in the inside. You can also choose small area oven or large area oven by turning the knob.

Cons: The hair dryer is terrible. We found out at around 9pm and asked for a replacement. Since we have long hair and it's late Dec, hair dryer is very important. I called the reception 2-3 times and they said they couldn't find any spare hair dryer. It will have to be another day then they can get me a replacement. The replacement is not any better because it didn't work for some nights. We gave up asking for another replacement and slept with our wet hair. I don't understand how much the hotel chain can save by procuring such low quality hair dryer made in the far east.

Pros: Modern building with lavish reception area. Apartment was located on a high floor with a view. Bed was comfortable and kitchen well equipped with appliances. Security was great. Staff (one young lady) was very helpful and friendly.

Cons: Some crockery and glassware items were missing as was one pot. There was no microwave.

Almost too good for one night

Pros: Easy to reach by train, just a hop from the airport. Friendly and accomodating staff, loft was big yet warm and felt welcoming. Kitchen and bathroom in very good condition. Exactly what we needed to escape the chaos at the airport! Next time we come it will be planned and not only for one night.

Great apartment, friendly staff plus free coffee in the spacious lobby after being out in the cold is a bonus

Pros: The views and the space in the apartment makes it very comfortable plus having two bathrooms as a bonus There are supermarkets in the neighbourhood and quite a few restaurants. Public transportation is right outside the door with both a train or a bus to the airport

Pros: Everything was fine. We checked in at 12 noon, and the room was ready. It was very warm, and there was a kitchen, a washer, and a dryer. The shower had hot water. It was comfortable, and althoughdisposable slippers are not provided many people complain about splashing water, it wasn't a problem—I just laid a towel on the floor. There are extra towels in the holl so you can take as many as you need.I asked for an extra blanket and they brought it to me within 10 minutes. The bed linen was perfectly clean and high quality.

Pros: I enjoyed my stay at this place. I was able to checked in early with the help of a very friendly stuff Lezandro! THe location is superior, with very easy excess to tram and train, which is a big plus going to other cities. I also enjoy the specious room with a convenient kitchen and cook wares.

Cons: A very minor point will be the showering area where the glass divider doesn't seem to be very efficient in preventing water splash onto the floor.
