Really nice place to stay. Recommend!

Pros: Nice clean accomodation and access to a sauna was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. While a little south of the city centre a tram stop is 3mins away taking you to South Amsterdam where it is an easy change.

Great option for business stay, or if kitchen needed

Pros: Huge studio with dishwasher, four hobs, and microwave, very useful for longer stay. Some staff members at reception were super friendly, others we spoke to on the phone were not very determined. Close to tram stop, but relatively far from Amsterdam city centre and not too close to supermarkets.

Cons: the area around the toilet was not well cleaned, and urin stains were visible below around around it. The matrace also had two separate toppers that kept sliding towards the edge of the bed.

Excellent home away from home.

Pros: I really like this place. The rooms are comfortable and really have a sense of home to them. Especially the studio apartments are great.

Cons: It can get a bit smelly sometimes due to people making / eating food in the rooms. But that’s part of the concept. Prices vary quite extremely, which doesn’t always make it a viable option for me.

Pros: Near the tram, and the supermarket is within a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient and fast to get to Amsterdam Zuid Station and the airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Clean, comfy and quite on a perfect location

Pros: The studio was great, nice and comfy bed, clean, kitchenette has all the utilities you need. Near tramstation. Quietly located away from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam, with excellent access to the city centre.

Cons: The shower had relatively low water pressure, and it took a while before the water warmed up.

Pros: The property is located about 40 minutes from Amsterdam city center. It requires one tram transfer and a short walk, so I’d say it’s best suited for those traveling with a car. The staff here are truly amazing and very helpful. Even though we encountered a few issues with the room, their excellent service and willingness to assist made me overlook those flaws. It’s an ideal place for families. We stayed as a group of three and were able to cook our own meals. Overall, the room was good despite some minor hiccups. Highly recommended for the hospitality alone

Winter holidays

Pros: The room was clean and warm. Excellent soundproofing. Large double bed and sofa bed. We arrived 1 hr earlier and were checked in straight away. Free parking until end of February. Nice and cosy restaurant on the last floor.

Cons: Small parking area. If it is full have to park on the street.
