Would really recommend

Pros: Great for travelling with a toddler there’s a bath and plenty space in apartment to potter about after being in pram all day.

Cons: It’s not in the city but it’s not far to travel

Easy, clean and convenient with great breakfast!

Pros: Great stay, comfortable beds and great shower, everything clean. The breakfast at Lucias downstairs was brilliant!

Cons: Car parking - we had hired a car and opted to park in the underground car park, booked before we stayed following emails promoting a discount in pre-booking parking. However there is parking outside which is free in certain hours, as we are out all day this would have been fine for us. We felt mislead and wasted money. Otherwise, everything was great.

Perfect spot for a family to stay comfortably.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to the stadshart shopping centre. Clean, spacious, great facilities.

Cons: The gym is not very well equipped, has no towels, water or air conditioning and very basic and limited equipment.

Pros: The room was very spacious and clean. Staff in every area of hotel were very friendly and professional. Good value for money and there were public transport options to the centre of Amsterdam and Schipol airport. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Not really a big problem but we didn't realise that hotel was a good distance from the centre of Amsterdam.

Great place to stay for a leisure weekend in Amsterdam with the family.

Pros: Brilliant location with easy public transport access both to airport and into city centre. A short 5 min walk to local shops with supermarket and great cafes. Area is very quiet and felt very safe even when arriving late at night. Very quiet area and not noises at night. Liked having an nespresso machine

Cons: I'm sure these would have been made available had we asked for them, but it would have been nice to have extra pillows for the beds and decaffeinated tea and coffee would have been nice.

Relax

Pros: Hotel is clean and nice, comfortable. Quit and appartment has everything I love it

Cons: They charge €32 parking per day. and any late checkout hour they charge €35. Was better they offer free parking and 1-2 hour late checkout out if possible without charge.

Does the job

Pros: Very friendly helpful staff even in the middle of the night. Comfortable room. Quiet. Excellent shower. Available when my flight was one of hundreds cancelled in snow chaos at Schiphol.

Cons: Quite a distance from both the city centre and the airport. The room had a Nespresso machine and kettle but no coffee pods. There were tea bags but no cups or mugs suitable for tea, just espresso cups.
