Comfortable and clean apartment

Pros: The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Everything was clean and the location was very good, not far away from the center of Amsterdam. The transport was near too, which made it easier to go places. I was really satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

Pros: The apartment was very close to the old city and any transport connections. It was good enough for a family of 4 persons.

Cons: We did not like that despite our initial request made 2 weeks earlier for check-in, there was no reaction and no willingness to provide a solution for it, even to let our baggage. As we have seen, there are 3 other apartments, which were free, and we could let suitcases there until we were ready.

Pros: We book the apartment at the 5 floor, The apartment is like what you see in the Web. As we stay at the top of the building we enjoy the view, (not something special) but we don't have something to Obstructs the view The negative in this... Is the 5 floor steps need to Go up and down only on foot So keep it.... If you don't like the Daily Exercise..

Cons: Electronic check in /out... The housekeeping staff very Annoying and intrusive

Pros: La ubicación, las camas muy cómodas y muy limpio. Con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.

Cons: La bañera es muy alta, yo soy bajita y me costaba entrar y salir. A lo mejor poner un peldaño o un taburete ayudaría 😉

Location, views and kitchen made for a wonderful visit.

Pros: Great location with the convenience of having a kitchen and washer. Comfortable bed with air conditioning in the bedroom. Beautiful views!

Cons: The 4 flights of stairs are a challenge to climb carrying luggage. The top floor gets very warm especially with the server cabinet next to the door, but the many windows helped cool it off. Having appliance manuals (or link to pdf) would be helpful. It was a bit noisy with construction next door.
