Lovely view from the balcony of a water way.

Pros: In a very nice area away from Amsterdam Central. Buses are very good. Run every 30 minutes. Then, every 15 minutes in Landsmeer.

Cons: Would be nice to have the use of a pedal bike.

Comfy and relaxing

Pros: It was very comfy, the terrace in the back was very nice. It’s a bit far from the center but that also mean that it was far from street noises. The owner was kind and helpful with directions and advices for the city

Holiday in Holland

Pros: The best is Jaap..the owner. Very very kind! And the apartment is very big and well furnished. In the kitchen you can find everything. Located in a small village only 6 kms from P+R Noord to go to Amsterdam. We recommend it for all the people that want to spend an holiday in Amsterdam and surroundings! Very very nice and quite place! Thank you Jaap and see you next holiday in Holland!

Cons: Nothing to say

Pros: Most of all I liked the value for money. The owner of the apartment surprised with his friendliness and willingness to help in any matters. I really liked that the kitchen had everything you needed for cooking, even some products were present (salt, sugar, oil, spices, coffee, etc.) The apartment is very convenient for a large family or a group of friends. The apartment even has a terrace from which you can see the sunset perfectly. Unfortunately due to the weather we didn't have time to enjoy it.

Cons: Very steep stairs to the second floor. It would be good to write about this in the description of the room, so that it is taken into account by families with small children or the elderly. But it wasn't a disadvantage for us. I also didn't like that there was little space in the bathroom where to put the things that you take off, and there was little space to dry the towel after use. Also not very comfortable sofa to sleep in the living room. But the owner provided everything to make it more convenient, thanks to him for that. These small shortcomings were not fundamental for us, since there were more advantages

Amazing host with beautiful apartment

Pros: The apartment is so beautiful and located in lovely area. It is easy to access to the public transport and there is a parking in front of the building. Jaap is an amazing host. He is so lovely and helpful. We wish we would go back to stay here if we have a chance to go back to Amsterdam.

Pros: It was a very comfortable stay with a calm and beautiful surrounding. The host was very nice, friendly, and always ready to respond. We really enjoyed this house.

Pros: Jaap, der Besitzer, steht mit allen Infos und immer zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist etwas außerhalb aber mit Öffis und Uber sehr gut zu erreichen

Pros: Jaap is a great host. He provided a great deal of information about the area, transit system and things to do in Amsterdam. His home is well equipped with everything you would need.

Cons: Second bedroom is very small.

Pros: Nice house and welcoming owner. We were very comfortable during our stay.

Cons: The only thing that needed to be fixed was an air conditioner, so necessary for the summer, and the addition of a toaster in the kitchen.
