A truly superb base for seeing Amsterdam and surrounding areas
Pros: A really really nice small property, located in a beautiful village that is only 15 mins bus ride from Amsterdam. Our dog was also very welcome, and the host was extremely friendly and helpful, even giving us some eggs. As the pictures show, the beds are actually in cupboards in what i am told is a traditional dutch fashion, which adds a certain fun value to the visit. Though we didn't have on-site parking, we were able to park 100m away for free, and with EV charging.
Cons: These are not really, just observations. Firstly, the property has a spiral staircase and the beds really are in cupboards, so if you have restricted mobility then this property is not for you. Secondly, there were no wardrobes for clothes, so we were just living out of suitcases. There was plenty of space to lay those down on the top floor by the beds.

Вся сімʼя залишилась задоволена відпочинком в цьому місці, однозначно рекомендую)
Pros: Дуже затишний будиночок, цікавий інтерʼєр, особливо сподобався формат ліжка в шафі. Наявність проектора взагалі покорило моє серце. З великих плюсів - була можливість безкоштовно припаркувати своє авто.
Cons: Трохи малувато було місця для речей для трьох людей. Інших недоліків не помітила.

Pros: We stayed for 12 days at this lovely little farmhouse in Ilpandem, 12 minutes from Amsterdam. It was the perfect place to come 'home' to after busy days in the city. We explored the beautiful countryside by bike, dined with the locals in town and took in the relaxed surroundings. The farmhouse was well-equipped, cozy and spacious with friendly, attentive owners.

Un petit écrin cosy au milieu du Waterland
Pros: L'appartement est situé dans une ancienne ferme qui a été transformée en logements de vacance . Le village est situé dans le Waterland, une région typique des Pays-Bas, traversée par de nombreux canaux . À seulement 15km du centre d'Amsterdam, vous avez pourtant l'impression d'être à la campagne . C'est exceptionnel ! L'appartement est bien aménagé et la cuisine équipée de tout ce que l'on peut avoir besoin . Pour les chambres à l'étage, l'espace a été optimisé et leur taille est celle du lit . Clostrophobes s'abstenir ! Cela a beaucoup amusé nos enfants . Brenda est très accueillante et disponible .
Cons: Ilpendam est un joli et paisible petit village et les habitants, je les comprends, veillent jalousement à la quiétude des lieux . Pour cette raison Brenda nous demandent de stationner nos voitures à l'entrée du village . Ce qui est assez éloigné de l'appartement .

Siamo stati benissimo, proprietari e vicini incredobilmente accoglienti
Pros: Gentilezza del personale, pulizia, dotazione di finiture di livello ( frigo, piano ad induzione, lavastoviglie…) Il borgo in cui la struttura è situata e’ davvero molto caratteristico
Cons: Da gestire lo spazio per dormire

Pros: When I decided to book in that time I planned to stay and try new experience like Dutch county side. Really I was nice, warm and small property, located in a beautiful village that only 10 to 15 mins by bus from Amsterdam, the host Michael and his wife Brenda were extremely friendly and helpful.

Sehr schöner Urlaub, sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros: Extrem nette Leute! Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr zuvorkommend! Die Lage ist einmalig. Man ist mit dem Bus in 20 Minuten in Amsterdam. Der Ort selbst ist schön ländlich gelegen und läd zu Spazieren gehen ein, aber auch zum Radeln oder Boot fahren. Für jeden ist etwas dabei! Gerne wieder!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, empfehlenswert
Pros: Die Lage ist super praktisch. Die Wohnung ist zwar außerhalb Amsterdam, aber innerhalb ein paar Minuten kann man mit dem Bus oder mit dem Auto dem Park and Ride erreichen ( Amsterdam Nord). Von da ist man innerhalb 10 min im Stadtzentrum mit der U-Bahn. Der Bus von dem Dorf, wo die Wohnung sich befindet fährt oft genug. dafür ist es ruhig im Dorf. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Cons: Die Küchenausstattung war ausbaufähig, aber der Gastgeber hat aus ihrer eigenen Ausstattung alles geholt, was wir gebraucht haben.
