It Was good I would come back

Pros: Good location Breakfast every morning Bar downstairs Fresh towels every morning

Cons: Noisy Door handle to bathroom was broken so it fell off constantly and no lock on the door

Pros: Very good location!! Near to all,central station..shops,restaurants.

A pleasant place to stay at.

Pros: It is centrally located, just right in front of the station. Staffs are extra friendly and very helpful.

Really pleasant hotel with friendly attentive staff

Pros: The hotel is near Amsterdam central station so you can easily travel to and from the aeroport by train. It’s also fairly central and we walked to most tourist attractions and museums from there. The staff team were lovely, we did our check in early and they got our room ready earlier than check in time. Also when we checked out we were able to leave our luggage in a safe room at the hotel and picked it up later in the evening before pour departure. We also enjoyed the breakfast which offered hot and cold options.

Cons: As it’s central you can hear the noise from the street below but for us it was expected and did not cause any issues with our sleep.

Pros: Location is brilliant, very central. We had room very high up lovely view and not at all noisy. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Great breakfast!

Very well located hotel with everything you need. Nice staff

Pros: Very well located. You can walk everywhere or catch the train/bus 5min away from the hotel. The staff was really nice too. The rooms are big, ideal for family vacation. Breakfast always available and they even let us take the breakfast before the opening time so we could get our train to the airport on time.

Great wee place

Pros: The location was fantastic, very central and very close to the train station and coffee shops. The breakfast buffet was also a real bonus, self service all you can eat.

Cons: Stairs! As with most central Amsterdam accommodation, you may need to get your steps in, we had a lovely room in one of the annex properties across the road and although it was lovely, it was on the 3rd floor.

Pros: Location only 10 minutes walk for us elderly from the Eurostar. Walking distance to interesting parts of the city and tour boats. Friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, request for additional pillows instantly dealth with, lift, bar and excellent restuarant all within the building. Breakfast good, planty of choise but not as varied as in larger hotels. The general ambiance of the hotel within this ancient building was lovely.

Cons: Mat for bathroom floor, had to use one of our towels and no anti-slip mat or surface in the bath where the shower was located. Lack of tea / coffee making facility in the room [not unusual in small continental hotels], no hair dryer. All very minor dislikes

Central location with large room and good breakfast though very noisy at night.

Pros: Central location, walking distance to all we needed to get too. Room was a good size. Breakfast was good and staff were excellent.

Cons: Beds way too soft aswell as the pillows. Very noisy at night.
