Pros: This hotel is quite a find! It's a bit old-fashioned and very basic in terms of facilities, but it's excellent value and in a really central location. Also, my room had a great desk and an excellent office chair, and the wifi was better than I've found in many other hotels in Utrecht.

Fantastic value for money and a very welcoming host

Pros: The host was very friendly and welcoming and ensured that we were very comfortable. Such good value for money. They beds were comfortable and the linen was clean and fresh and smelled lovely.

Pros: The hotel is very cozy and family-ran, with a very friendly and kind owner. It's tucked in a quiet corner of Utrecht but still very close to the city center and park areas in walkable distance. The room has all basic ammenities and offers a simple but delicious breakfast.

Cons: Nothing specific, but I would warn others that the hotel is in an old Dutch building which means quite steep stairs and no elevators (making it less accessible to people with mobility issues) - I was fine with this but just in case :)

Comfortable hotel with good facilities and a welcoming host

Pros: The host was friendly and helpful, and the accommodation was clean and cozy. The hotel was also very close to a bus stop.

Perfect Hotel in Perfect Utrecht

Pros: I give them 10 because they deserve it. Very nice and cozy room, super clean, quiet, good location and the best point is for the perfect owner. He is extremely warm, friendly and hospitable. Definitely I will back again.

Pros: My stay in Hotel Domstad was fantastic! Ted is the best host that I've ever had. It is clear that he loves and cherishes his work. The breakfast was lovely, and the hotel was impeccably clean.
