Very pleasant break in a beautiful city.

Pros: Very pleasant hotel, comfortable and quiet. Very helpful staff.

Cons: Bit of a walk back from the bus stop at the end of a day walking around the city!

It would have been perfect if the reception and check was a little better!

Pros: The property was clean, good chowed pressure, central without being in the centre of Utrecht

Cons: The reception staff who checked me in called Bilal was really abrupt. He lacked grace in every way possible! It was a horrible check in after a long day trip from work , From England to Utrecht!

Really great facility. I would strongly recommend it for a stay in Utrecht.

Pros: Great location. Friendly staff. Rooms were nice, welcoming and clean. I had a room that overlooked a beautiful canal.

Cons: My room was next to the stairs. In the evening, there was no light around the stairs so it was always difficult to swipe into the room at night. I always had to use my phone’s torch.

Pros: Clean room with a capsule coffee machine and a fridge. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower. The bed was nice and the bedding very comfortable.

Cons: The location isn’t great without a car.

A very pleaaant 4 night stay in a lovely city

Pros: It was very clean. Pleasant environment. Comfortable room. Leisure facilities nice to relax and not busy. Breakfasts very good

Cons: Not having a car, relied on bus service 77 which was frequent but quite a walk at the end of an evening out

Pros: Going more green, cleaning rooms on demand and motivating by giving free drinks is a very good approach. The park nearby was lovely, which made the terrace of the restaurant even more appealing. Facilities and services were good, the usual expected from a hotel.

Cons: The staff gave confusing information about the restaurant. The receptionist gave us info that the restaurant works until 23:00. There we learn that only the bar is open until 23, but the restaurant works until 22:00. Later we learn that they close up at that time and never learned what the time of last order is. The location is lovely but hard to reach without a car or bike. They promote Netflix/Disney, etc in TV but you actually have to login with your credentials to this random TV in a hotel room. They just have apps installed.
