A fantastic little hotel with warm staff, comfort and a perfect central location

Pros: Fantastic location right in the heart of Amsterdam, just seconds from Leidseplein and surrounded by shops, cafés and restaurants. Despite being so central, the hotel felt comfortable and welcoming, with a very cosy atmosphere. The bed and pillows were excellent and made for a really restful stay. What truly stood out was the staff — they were incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Their warmth and willingness to help made a real difference and added so much to the experience.

Cons: The only downside was that there is no lift, which we hadn’t realised when booking, and we had to carry our suitcases up several flights of stairs. The stairs are quite steep, as is typical in Amsterdam (although they were wide), so this could be difficult for some guests.

Excellent Hotel,Grest Location

Pros: Excellent hotel in the heart of Amsterdam city centre. Small,but cosy rooms. Comfortable beds,and excellent showers. Location is perfect to explore Amsterdam city. The staff ware also excellent,friendly and always helpful.

Cons: No lifts.

Pros: Great location, very easy to get anywhere you need to go in Amsterdam. A tram stop nearby, and easy access to the street for taxi/uber/scooters. Rooms were well soundproofed so the hustle and bustle from the streets below didn’t interfere with sleep.

Pros: The hotel located in the city center, easy to travel. The staff are very welcoming. We brought our own car and there is a parking service for 45 euros per day. The room is clean and large.
