Exactly what we needed/wanted

Pros: The man working in reception was so friendly and nice,real asset to the hotel. Room itself was absolutely fine, nothing amazing and quite small but exactly what we expected for the good location location. Room was clean and the bathroom is LOVELY. Bed could be better but again absolutely grand and had a couple of great nights sleeps. Room has everything basic you need hairdryer, kettle, etc.

Cons: No complaints to be honest.

Pros: The hotel was so central to everything. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly .

Cons: The only thing that I can comment on is the stairs its very steep and alot of them but we didnt have an issue with them.

Pros: Lovely shower facilities water pressure and hot! Comfy bed and pillows and nice warm room. Great location we walked everywhere

It was a good stay

Pros: It’s great place for one night, the staff is very nice and friendly, location is great-very close to most popular tourist attractions. We asked for a kettle in the room and they were very nice to provide it.

Cons: The room was quite smelly, I think the smell was coming from the shower, but when we left the windows open for 20 min it was fine after. The stairs are a bit steep but it seem to be quite common in Amsterdam.
