Great location, welcoming staff. Would definitely stay again .

Pros: Location was brilliant for what we needed . Everything within walking distance. Lots of shops and transport links . Hotel staff friendly and welcoming, clean and tidy . Room was spacious.

Fab location

Pros: Brilliant hotel, walkable from the train station. We ate at the Happy pig just round the corner for breakfast. The shower was great. Had such a comfortable bed . Would definatly reccomend the Nova hotel.

Great place to stay in Amsterdam

Pros: Great location. Isobella and the other lady on the desk were very helpful and friendly . Room was huge. Breakfast very good and very reasonable. Tram ran right outside the hotel and was very convenient for central station

Cons: Bathroom smelled like Jeffrey Dahmers living room, I just kept the door closed and it wasn't a problem

Pros: Excellent location, right in the tourist area. Easy tram to train station. Excellent breakfast. Coffee machine and filter water available in lobby all the time.

Cons: Bit expensive for me on the NZD, but still good value all the same.There was long hairs inside one of my folded towels, should have complained but there for only one night and just put on the floor.

We highly recommend this place! We felt we got incredible value for the price.

Pros: The location was amazing, very close to the Dam Square. The breakfast was very nice and was definitely enough for us to start our day. The room of 4 was great, with enough space for each of us. The staff was very nice!

Cons: The shower pressure was a bit weak, but we still had a great time thanks to this great place.

Nice place in Central Amsterdam

Pros: Confy hotel in central Amsterdam. The strongest point is the location, real close from transports and a litle walk from main atractions. The hotel has breakfast room, resting areas and reception 24h. All worked great.

Cons: I found the hotel quiet, despite of the busy area... The only night with noise after midnight, was due to some guests talking real loud... A small note to breakfast. Some products were not restocked or became unavailable, which is a pity cause quality is overall good.

Perfect for staying with family

Pros: Hotel is in a perfect location, very close to everywhere. Staff is very kind and friendly. Rooms are big and comfortable. 24h coffee is available at lobby. And breakfast was also very good.

Cons: Nothing, if I have to mention something then I can say that elevator is a little bit small and slow so you may wait for it for a few minutes. But in such a hotel in an old building it is not a surprise and among all other good things this can easily be neglected.

Pros: The location was amazing. Free ciffee and tea. The room was big.

Cons: The doors slammed shut and you could here this from neighbouring room. Our room overlooked the street and was extremely noisy due to the constant trams passing by.

Really great budget hotel option, would stay there again

Pros: Great cheap rental option that provided free hot drinks - very welcome after a long day out in the city and in the morning before heading out

Cons: Only drawback was that our bathroom had a sewage angel but to be fair, we didn't tell staff until we left
