Lovely place to stay

Pros: The service we got from staff was so nice, friendly and generous, we were stuck in Amsterdam due to cancelled flights and they made us feel at home. I loved having breakfast delivered to the room every morning and we were given lots of tea and coffee to keep us going. The location was fantastic, close to Dam Square. Rooms were warm and beds were cosy. The stairs are crazy but part of the charm of old dutch buildings 😀

Cons: Nothing it was lovely and good value for money

Everything was good.

Pros: Hotel location is perfect. You can reach easily everywhere by walking. Receptionist was very friendly and she helped everything for us.Breakfast was enough. Boiled egg, butter, jam, bread, cookie and yoghurt. Our room was clean and warm. At hotel room, there was kettle, Coffee and tea.

Pros: Lovely stay at this charming hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable. The location made it easy to explore the area on foot.

Cons: One thing to keep in mind: the hotel has no elevator, and the stairs are quite narrow.

Pros: Fantastic location. Sumptuous Breakfast served to the room on time as promised. The manager is a nice man, helpful.

Cons: The steep stairs. Only a problem if you have the large suitcase and very senior people.

Pros: We were welcomed by great and very helpful staff early in the morning!The location of the hotel is beyond perfect, the room was quite although it is in the center. And that means that the building is old and there are stairs, but isn't this Amsterdam? Narrow buildings with steep stairs? Breakfast was absolutely fine. We were leaving late at night and could keep our baggage in the hotel. Our stay was just perfect!

Spot on.

Pros: Breakfast provided in with the price which is a continental breakfast and spot on. For the price and the location it was spot on. Ideal to have a a room and a shower with breakfast and get out to see the city.

Cons: Shower could have a little more pressure but still nice and hot.
