Pros: We really liked the hotel. It's very close to the center. It's a wonderfully cozy hotel with two cats who create a cozy atmosphere. I can't do not mention the polite staff and the excellent breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Coffee and tea are available throughout the day. The only downside is the very small rooms, but that's pretty much the norm for Amsterdam. Also, keep in mind that the hotel has very high and steep steps. I would come back here again. I recommend it.

Pros: The location is amazing, the facilities are very good and the staff members are awesome!

Cons: The long stairway it's a bit challenging but there's nothing that they can do with it because it's a historical place, so nothing to complain.

Fabulous location!

Pros: Friendly staff - lifted our bags up the stairs on arrival & back down when we left! The communal area is cosy & inviting. Excellent location.

Cons: Steep steep stairs & rooms are very compact.

Would 100% stay here again

Pros: Absolutely loved everything about our stay here!! > The staff were a clear stand out, all so incredibly helpful and hospitable and really made us feel so comfortable during our stay. They were also so obliging to take my suitcase up and down the staircase and all store it for me. > Location is in close proximity to all the action while not being in the thick of the chaos. Grocery store and Laundromat nearby and an easy 15 minute walk to the Central train station. > The included buffet breakfast was so devine and was the perfect start to every day. Some of the best croissants I’ve had. Plus they have a coffee machine free to use whenever you like! > The communal spaces were so lovely and cosy with a cute balcony overlooking the street. Our room was also really comfortable. Very secure building.

Cons: You have to be okay with walking a steep staircase which wasn’t a problem for us but maybe other people.

Pros: Location is very, very good, and the staff are extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good, you can find 24-hour great coffee in the reception. Definitely a great hotel!!
