Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly, they allowed me to sit in the lobby to wait for my room to be ready as I arrived earlier than 3. They stored my luggage before and after my stay with no extra fee, they also allowed me to sit and eat while waiting for family to get me as I didn’t have anything todo. The building is quite old and a little run down although very clean, the amenities are adequate for a couple nights stay or just one like what I did. Definitely worth the price I payed considering location, amenities, and cleanliness. As well as the incredibly friendly staff.

Brilliant location. Value for money.

Pros: Great location especially for the key museums, a stone's throw away. Beautifully quiet. Secure.

Cons: The only reason I rated 'comfort' as good and not exceptional (all other scores were 'exceptional'), is because my room was tiny and I had a large suitcase! But of course I got to stay in a great area for an extremely good price because of it. So this is not a complaint.

Pros: Location was great, it’s near to the centre and to all sights you want to visit. In the Heineken Experience there is a parking you get a discount of 60%.
