Cons: The pillows are too thick! Thinner pillows, please! Also, would be nice if there were body lotion in the bathroom. The hotel is not really in the center, but walking distance to the museum quarter.

Great hotel - super comfortable room, good facilities and friendly staff

Pros: The staff were exceptional - very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. I liked the fact that there was an iron and board in the wardrobe (even though I didn’t use it!). I would definitely stay here again - it was in a good location and easy for the number 4 tram!

Cons: We only had the breakfast one day because at 25 euros, you didn’t feel you were getting your money’s worth if you only fancied a croissant. I think an option to have something cheaper as an alternative would have been good. There was no milk in the room with the tea and coffee facilities, only creamer but the staff at the hotel provided us with jugs of milk when we asked them.

Very nice

Pros: Upgraded on arrival to a room with a view over the canal and bridge, the young man who checked us in was lovely. Loved the massive bed and the great shower. Breakfast buffet style was great. Location was really good a tram from central to the hotel took around 10 minutes. Great value. The hotel is really really nice.
