Pros: The hotel is perfect! It is in a great location and the staff is very accommodating and nice. It was my first time in Amsterdam and I’m sure that every next time I come, I’ll stay here!

Pros: The hotel’s location was good, and transportation by tram was easy. It was clean. The room’s heating system was incredibly good; we never felt cold.

Cons: Although I think this is due to the hotel staying true to the city’s architectural style, the rooms were a bit small.

A lovely getaway! Super relaxing!

Pros: Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless. The area was quiet, with Amsterdam Central, the city centre, and tourist sites easily accessible by foot and tram. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Cons: Mattresses were thin and a little uncomfortable at times. The breakfast selection was, also, limited. The touch screen buttons on the lift were difficult to navigate.

Excellent stay in the heart of Amsterdam clean big rooms

Pros: It was a large clean room excellent location, tea and coffee making facilities in the room, we had our flight cancelled and this was the only hotel out of 4 that had this facility, staff where lovely as well..we also had a balcony

Great value for money

Pros: Our second time here...budget hotel but exeptional value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and unlimited coffee!

Pros: It was a great location and made the trams very easy to access. 24/7 reception which was very helpful and right beside a Lidl which made it very accessible to get some morning pastries and any toiletries that you may have left behind.

Cons: The shower didn’t have a barrier between the floor and the shower so the bathroom floor did get a bit wet. Had to put a towel down to stop the water from spreading but overall had very good pressure.

Pros: The best hotel in Amsterdam in terms of value for money. They were very helpful during check-in. The hotel is clean and having an elevator is a big plus. My room was comfortable, bright, and warm. The view wasn't bad either. It's a 20-25 minute walk to the center, but you can get there much faster by taking the tram. Having a safe in the rooms and a supermarket right next door was great. I plan to stay here again when I return.
