Pros: As always, I had a very comfortable stay. This was my third time staying at this hotel, and it remains my top choice. I definitely plan to stay here every time I visit Amsterdam in the future. Highly recommended for its consistency and comfort!

Cons: While I like this hotel, I was disappointed by two things during this visit. First, the reception staff refused to help me fill out the check-in forms. I explained that I have a severe visual impairment and that my companion doesn’t speak English to assist me, but no help was provided. We had to struggle through it ourselves. Also, a tip for other travelers: make sure to double-check your booking for breakfast. I missed the 'breakfast included' checkbox by mistake and had to pay an extra fee on-site. I suggest everyone stays vigilant during the booking process to avoid extra costs.

Pros: The location was great, outside of the centre but 1 minute from the tram stop.

Cons: Room was very small, breakfadt was limited but what was there was good

Overall satisfactory

Pros: The location was perfect! Close to all the tourists attractions and transportation. Complimentary drinks and snacks at the lobby always made our day! Breakfast was good too!

Cons: The rooms were smaller than what we expected, the exhaust on the bathroom wasn’t really working well. The special request we made from the moment we booked for our rooms to be right next to each other or at least on the same floor wasn’t approved which was a bit of a hassle.

Wouldn’t stay there again. Wouldn’t recommend anyone travelling to Amsterdam to stay as you can get somewhere closer for

Pros: Luckily the bed was extremely comfortable. The complimentary drinks downstairs was a great idea if you were staying for a longer period of time you could have a night in.

Cons: The room size was extremely too small, was not a fair example with the pictures online so was very deceiving. But there was no room to open your suitcase. It was a very long walk to the city centre or red light district.

Pros: Very comfortable bed, always hot water for shower and breakfast was full of choices

Cons: Minor damages on the room's walls and the fourth floor above us was under constructions, so it was noisy from early in the mornings

Really great value for money

Pros: Great location, nice breakfast, staff were lovely and room was spacious. Really good value, we loved the bar in the lobby offering complimentary snacks and drinks.

Cons: The bathroom in the room could have been a bit cleaner. Desk wasn’t always manned with staff sometimes not hearing the bell.

Definitely Returning.

Pros: Very welcoming hotel. Nice and clean. Extremely comfortable.

Cons: I think building work was happening at the hotel which there was no communication about. This made it quite noisy throughout the stay.
