Very nice stay, very elegant and cute hotel. Close to the center

Pros: Good and quiet location, in a good area. Very elegant and tidy rooms

High class place

Pros: One of the nicest places I've stayed in. High quality fixtures, VERY comfy bed. Great location. Key is sent via WhatsApp, to unlock doors! Very cool. Free coffee from vending machine. Very modern decor. Nice friendly staff

Pros: The location and the room decor were great. A coffee machine with free coffee, and doors that could be opened with the phone.

Cons: The female employee at the reception was on drugs when we arrived on the first day. She was squirming in her chair and seemed very confused. This was a really bad first impression and made me wonder about the standard of the hotel.

A jewel in a great location

Pros: The room pictured was the one we stayed in - comfortable and delightful. Easily accessed in a great part of town for bars, restaurants and transport links.

Cons: The room was perhaps a wee bit smaller that imagined from the picture but it was okay for our 3 night stay.

Comfortable and well located hotel for visit of Amsterdam.

Pros: Very nice and comfortable room in a quiet place near the canal to spend a night in Amsterdam. Beds were comfortable and rooms unusually roomy and bright. Self check in was easy. Easy connections to the centre of town.

Great highly recommend!

Pros: Great location. Room was lovely and clean. Heating worked great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

Cons: The sink was in the main bedroom, and there was no storage space.

Great location, clean and comfortable, lovely design

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was very central - easy to walk or take a tram to different places. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy (the room is a little small but good for a short stay). The check in process was smooth and the keycard being on your phone is very useful. Overall the hotel has a lovely design and we would stay here again :)

Great Location and Service, Cold Nights

Pros: The location was very good. Check-in was smooth, the equipments were very good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The heating system was not very effective. During the night, the room was very cold, and the manual electric heater was not convenient, as I had to wake up to turn it on to make the room warmer.

Practical clean hotel room at great location.

Pros: I liked that there was no need to interact with any staff, the check in etc was all very easy to do online and the door keys being online was brilliant.

Cons: The bathroom had a sliding door which was a bit jammed.
