Value for money

Pros: Very comfortable and clean place. Easy to check in when you check in late. So near to the train station.

Cons: Nothing to complain off..

Pros: Great location for train and restaurants easy to find by car, nice and clean with all you need.

Cons: All was good with no problems.

Pros: Perfect location, sourrounded by supermarkets and close to the railway station.

Cons: Wifi didn't work with the computer but worked with all other devices. Nevertheless, the staff brought me a cable.

Pros: The possibility to cook your own food, the location were perfect!

Cons: The bathroom was a bit dirty in a sense of “mold”. TV might need an upgrade so you could attach a HDMI cable and watch your own series.

Pros: I was in contact with the facility’s staff to modify the reservation and they were very nice and helpful. The stay was great, really good overall experience!

Very enjoyable. Clean apartment handy for good restaurants, shops and train station.

Pros: Position and layout of apartment. Very clean and well appointed. Could watch to from sofa and in bed as it turns.

Cons: Microwave would have been useful. Washing machine used tokens from reception that was closed Saturday and Sunday. Arrived on Friday and read the info too late to gain use of washer. Maybe should add brackets saying not in apartment when listing washing machine/dryer.

Pros: Everything was very nice & clean. The airconditioning was perfect. We had a great time!

Pros: Location was ideal for transport access (very easy and quick by train into Utrecht) and right in the centre of the delightful town of Houten, away from other tourists, which has plenty of good restaurants, shops and supermarkets right on the doorstep. It was very easy to hire bicycles from the hotel and cycle around Houten (even into Utrecht). The room was comfortable and well soundproofed.

Cons: Unfortunately the bed was a little small and the hotel restaurant and bar have been closed, presumably due to lack of demand. Nonetheless there were plenty of alternative places to eat and drink in the town

Pros: Everything. It was an excellent apartment. The area around the place has everything you need. Having the train station so close and cheap to travel we left the car parked up for the three days. Staff could not be any more attentive if they tried. Laundry facilities great.
