Top location, fabulous apartment

Pros: Fabulous location for discovering Utrecht, plenty of shops on the doorstep.

I do strongly recommend, but take earplugs for the night :)

Pros: The living room is large and well decorated, it is a cozy space. The owners/hosts are very kind and proactive; it was very easy to collect the keys. There are plenty of products and amenities in the kitchen and it was perfectly clean. The location is absolutely perfect if you want to visit Utrecht.

Cons: The street is very noisy, it is crucial to have earplugs. The flat is located directly above a clothes' store, which is fine but only half of the flat (kitchen and living room) closes with a key (in addition to the front door of the shop on the street). There is no key to lock the second floor (rooms and bathroom) from the shop which means that when the store is open, there isn't really any protection for your belongings.

Pros: great location. complimentary bottle of wine, nice hosts.

Cons: the entrance is not private but through the shop. the flat is slightly worn out but clean.

Great stay at Utrecht

Pros: Ton, the host, was very organised and communicated the ins and outs to us well in advance. Location was superb! Very close to the train station (one or two stops away from central) surrounded by plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Definitely a recommended place to stay when you are in Utrecht!

Erg fijn

Pros: Het is rustig 's nachts in de buurt ondanks dat het wel echt in de stad is. Erg fijn dat er meerdere supermarkten en restaurantjes in de buurt zijn. Eigenlijk alles is wel op loopafstand!

Cons: Wel jammer dat er nergens een rookruimte was in het appartement/balkon, maar dat was makkelijk opgelost door gewoon even beneden naar buiten te gaan.

Pros: Muy buena ubicación y fueron súper amables con nosotros.

Pros: le contact avec les hôtes vraiment au top, la situation géographique parfaite. Le lieu était très cozy et très propre. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix. On y retournera sans hésiter.

Cons: Un peu bruyant à cause du simple vitrage et de la rue passante. Il ne faut pas être trop grand pour la salle de bain. Le WC étant dans la salle de bain, c'est parfois un peu chaud à 5 ;-)

Pros: Das Wohnzimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, auch das Sofabett ist super.Sehr gute Ausstattung, auch in der Küche, sehr viel Tee und Kaffeekapseln vorhanden und ein sehr nettes Willkommenspaket. Eine sehr besondere Wohnung, da der Eingang durch das Modegeschäft geht.Wir fanden die Wohnung sehr gemütlich und konnten bei dem zeitweise schlechten Wetter zu fünft am Esstisch wunderbar Karten spielen. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich.

Cons: Das Duschen in der Badewanne ist nicht so komfortabel, aber es geht für 2 Nächte

Top! Perfect voor een weekendje weg met een klein gezelschap.

Pros: De knusse sfeer die er hangt is top! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in de accommodatie. De slaapbank ligt ook top, minstens zo comfortabel als een 'normaal' bed.

Cons: N.v.t.

Eine sehr besondere Unterkunft, mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern

Pros: Super Lage, netter Kontakt. Absolut unkonventionell.
