Pros: This apartment is simply perfect to enjoy beautiful Utrecht! Nico is a wonderful host, offering insights and assistance both before our visit and upon the key collection on arrival. We often spoke about the immaculate cleanliness and attention to detail in the appartment. Every need of a visitor was catered for, generously. Thank you Nico, for hosting us in your beautiful, central apartment. It made it easy for us to explore not only your lovey city, but also the towns/cities surrounding it. It is an easy walk to the train station which makes this apartment is a great base. Make sure to leave enough time to stroll through Utrecht - it is a destination in itself!

Pros: The location is really good, the train station and attractions are within walking distance. The room facilities could meet all needs, especially having a basement and a sauna, loved the arrangement too much.

Cons: The bathroom on the ground floor is a bit small but acceptable.

Beautiful city and a cosy apartment.

Pros: Great location in the heart of the old city. Clean and well equipped.

Cons: The door that joins the owners flat and the apartment can't be secured from the guests side which feels a litle weird.

Pros: A lovely warm welcome by Nico Easy to find accommodation, everything you need and more, with we had been staying longer. Close to all restaurants, bars and shops. Would recommend

Pros: Excellent location on a quiet lane near Oudegracht and Domkwartier. Very well maintained, very clean and excellent facilities. Nico is a delight.

Cons: Bed arrangement not really suited to couples with an older child but flexible enough. Would be perfect for a couple.

Pros: The host Nik was a great guy that helped us a lot with the apartment and with city. He gave us a lot information about the things to do in Utrecht. A friendly guy with a great apartment divided in two floors. Very comfortable in the center of the city and a great sauna.

Pros: The apartment was beautiful and the location was absolutely excellent. Right in the heart of Utrecht, it was perfect to stroll about, stretch the legs and sample the culture.

Pros: Great location, very clean, very comfortable, nice beds, very quiet at night, good shower, good beds. Lots of chairs, plenty of soft towels.

Cons: Minor issues only: no hooks to hang clothes or towels in the bathroom, no hot water in the bathroom sink, microwave too high to reach, blinds at the back too high to reach to pull down once they were up in the highest position, mirror in the bathroom too high up.
