Good location, fancy place, not expensive though

Pros: Very big bed, lots of space, very good room size and amenities. When we asked staff for more towels, coffee capsules or iron etc they were immediately brought up. Staff were excellent to help at all times. Would stay again for sure!

Cons: Coffee machine didn't seem to want to work every time

Pros: The hotel is excellent! Very clean, comfortable bed, good staff who pay attention to the little details (like a birthday). The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station and Albert Market, which I find to be an excellent location, although not in the city center. We enjoyed it very much.

Pros: Nina was absolutely superb with helping us after we were fraudulently scammed with entrance tickets to the Anne Frank House . Our room was lovely with everything we needed and a lovely relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel.
