Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent, easy to reach by bus from the airport and really close to the main museums. Also the breakfast was very good and included for example fresh fruit, pastries, youghurt and speciality coffees.

Cons: Even though the room was nice and stylish, there was quite a bit of dust around the bed and bed side table.

Pros: I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were truly excellent — professional, welcoming and always ready to help, which made a very positive impression.

Cons: However, considering the price (over €500 for two nights), I expected a few more basic amenities in the room. Complimentary slippers and a simple vanity kit would have been appreciated at this level. While these may seem like small details, they do make a difference when paying premium rates.

Good value for the money, excellent location.

Pros: The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons: The room could have been cleaner, there was flooding in the bathroom when taking a shower. Breakfast choices were quite limited.

Warm Dutch hospitality

Pros: We loved the staff at this hotel — so warm and genuine. Our breakfast was fantastic. We were visiting several museums and you can’t get a more perfect location. We also took a day trip and the buses were easy to figure out.
