Nice stay, we are satisfied and are coming back again !

Pros: Great location, super clean. Very friendly staff when we arrived they allowed us to leave our bags at reception till check in time. And when we checked out we were allowed to leave the bags at reception as well till it was time for us to depart. The rooms very clean and nice.

Cons: Only bad thing in the room was that there was no outlet near mirror. And bathroom a bit too small but it’s still OK. Stairs are a struggle but we already knew it and managed through it.

Pros: Neat environment and rooms. Friendly receptionists and at the time of need for a charger, they made one available freely for use while there

Cons: The bath in room 1 had water splashing out to the sink area in the bathroom.

Pros: Super nice staff, comfortable bed & room, shared bathroom was super clean, city centre in walking distance :) Really enjoyed our stay!

Pros: The male receptionist was very helpful, we had some luggage to transfer to the first floor and he helped us with them. Each day the personal staff changed our towels and fixed the sheets. The location is very close to the tram and bus station as to the most nearest attractions close to Amsterdam.

Good stay and nice, large room with a balcony. The staff were friendly.

Pros: Friendly staff. The room was large and comfortable, with a good location. The hotel had Wi-Fi, and the security in the hotel was excellent. There is paid parking available nearby.

Cons: No baby crib 🚼, unfortunately. We had to sleep as a couple with our child on two separate beds.

Perfect hotel near the the museum square

Pros: Great location - couldn't be better if you want to be close to the museums. Room was great, warm. Staff were friendly. Also helpful with emailing me parking options and prices beforehand.

Cons: The wifi wasn't very good and because of that none of the apps on the TV (Netflix etc) weren't able to load even the first five minutes of a movie.

Pros: Excellent and friendly staff. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The location is also great, there are many cafés and shops nearby.

Cons: The only downside is the steep staircase to the upper floors.

Pros: Nice quiet location, friendly helpful polite staff, room had everything I needed and was very clean. I didn't sample the breakfast but it certainly smelled very nice!

Cons: There was nothing i didnt like , although I found stairs pretty steep and no lift, tho it wouldn't stop me booking/staying again.
