Pros: the room is comfy and the place is totally aesthetic - so if you are looking for a place to make your photos while enjoying a quite nice hotel, this place i reccomend

Cons: they combine 2 single bed in to double, imo thats not too comfy but other than that all good

Very impressed with our stay and loved every minute.

BRAVO! - to whoever has had a hand in the design of this hotel. It’s a hospitality “work of art and design”.

Pros: Beautifully recently refurbished. Our bedroom was presented so comfortably that it felt like a room in our house - we felt at home as soon as we walked in. Never have we stayed in a hotel in Europe with such level of fine detail - even the shelving and ornaments on shelving were refined and homely. Beautiful restful colours. Wonderfully soft pillows. Excellent bathroom facilities. Not even to mention - super choices for breakfast. Also luxurious public spaces everywhere. Also, very easy to get to Amsterdam, or beautiful Volkendam and Edam.

Cons: I think the lights on all balconies are permanently switched “on”. For the sake of the environment, shouldn’t they be switched off during the middle of the day and the middle of the night, for a few hours?

Pros: The hotel looks really brand new in everything, the rooms are absolutely clean, comfortable and silent. The free parking is in front of the entrance, we were very happy of it since we arrived quite late. It took 25 mins to reach NDSM on a sunday morning with no traffic and the hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere, so it's not the place to choose if you haven't got a bicycle or a car to get to Amsterdam. It's a very cost effective option of you are a large family and you want to move around Amsterdam and it's surroundings

Cons: The position is a bit far from everything, buy you can reach stations and P+R parking in less than 30mins.

Pros: The room was very big with a spacious bathroom. Comfortable beds and clean bedsheets. If you are going by bicycle from Amsterdam – you will be amazed by the beauty of the route.

Cons: Due to renovation window view was very sad. Probably hotels like this should deserve here a proper 6 but because of crazy amount of strange accommodations on booking.com negative area is now spreading between 1 and 7, so this hotel on the highway in the middle of nowhere with a dusty spider web across the mirror receives 8.

Stayed many tomes.

Pros: Close to Vollendam and good bus route outside. Hotel is clean with good food and drink. Staff very pleasant.

Cons: Was like a building site when we arrived. Looked like the place had closed down as a lot was demolished. Parking was difficult.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and the service was amazing

Cons: The fact that the new road to the entrance was not paved, made dragging luggage impossible

Pros: Food was exceptionally good - but the construction noise in the last 2 days was too much

It's not bad

Pros: There is a balcony, and the breakfast is rich. It's still a little far from the town. It's a half-hour drive to Alkma.
