We would love to go back!

Pros: Its location is prefect - very close to everything, a couple of hundred metres) but quiet. Old historical building; we had a beautiful deluxe room with balcony on the top floor. Stairs are wider than most and easily managed. Bed was comfortable. Awesome patisserie almost across the road, where we had breakfast. There are other options for breakfast too.

Pros: great service and plenty of choice including some food especially cooked for each individual. Good choice of cold meats and cheeses.

Cons: no bar or even somewhere, ie lounge, to relax with a coffee.

Perfect as an overnight stopover before catching the ferry back to the UK

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great.

Cons: Breakfast was mediocre. Three of us had scrambled eggs. They arrived on our plate looking well cooked and they tasted leathery and tough.

Pros: Feel yourself absolutely taken care of. The hotel itself is a piece of art. It is absolutely worth staying here for a few days just to enjoy it. Everything is old styled but in perfect condition. The stuff is amazing! Breakfast is made personally for you. All the photos are 100% up to date

Cons: FYI There is bike rental (they are heavy, if you're going for a long ride, consider ebike rental) Beds are soft and cosy There is private paid parking. Also you can park on weekends for free on the streets

not as good as it used to be. wouldnt be my choice again as there isnt even a breakfast option.

Pros: unfortunately no possibility to have breakfast in this hotel. Quite strange. It used to have a 1 Michelin star and a wonderful breakfast and dinner.

Pros: I have been to this hotel more than once and will be happy to return. There are rooms with a balcony and a bathroom, it is always very clean, the room smells nice. The staff is helpful and caring. There is parking for cars.
