Pros: The room and bathroom was nice, spacious, warm and clean. The hotel was modern and we really enjoyed our stay here

Cons: The shower had a broken tile on the floor and the shower head made alot of noise. Temperature of the water was fluctuating a little

Pleasant stay.

Pros: Overall everything was good. Except the gel duche and shampoo were empty, had to call to request and the person from the reception didn't understood as it brought shampoo and conditioner So I had to call 2x to request the gel duche. Besides that everything was good, room service and the ladies from reception good.

Cons: That I had to call 2 for something that's should be in the room

Management should pay attencion to staff mix and get more experienced people working there.

Pros: Location, tranquility and the hotel itself looks nice and is new.

Cons: The staff was not so friendly, mostly English./Brittish staff and a bit sloppy in handling. The safe in the room would not work because of bad battery. The staff could not resolve that because the mecanic was not available in the weekend. The hotel is a premium hotel, but culd not provide that type of service in the weekend. Only 1 available experienced front office staff, others were interns. Coffee machine in the lobby was out of order.

Great stay, very convenient for business traveling.

Pros: Breakfast is excellent as well as the attitude and positive attitude of all the staff in the hotel. Everyone is doing a great job.

Cons: Some maintenance issues with AC in the room.

Pros: I forgot my rucksac in the office the night before checkout and the staff were very helpful in finding paper bags for me to utilise instead.
