Good

Pros: The room is really big and clean, great location and lots of free parking spots.

It was a very nice stay and I will definitely go again next year.

Pros: Nice hotel with amazing view,rooms with balcony,you can rent bike, the hotel have restaurant,parking free, and it’s close to bus stop. Room have coffee machine,mini bar fridge and bathroom with shower and bathtub. The personal from hotel are very polite.

Great hotel but some improvements necessary

Pros: Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice at an extensive buffet. The staff was very friendly.

Cons: I am in a wheelchair and there was only a wheelchair lift, which makes it difficult to take your luggage up.

Had a very enjoyable stay.Everything was perfect really and look forward to returning in the future.

Pros: It was a perfect stay. We have stayed before so really knew everything to expect. Ideal location for the Centre. Bus service was excellent. Hired bikes from hotel and cycle routes were perfect. Room was very nice. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Food was good, breakfast was great.

Cons: Something very trivial, no toaster in breakfast room and shower was a bit cramped.

Pros: All staff friendly, and helpful, and spoke English to a high standard willingly. Restaurant a real joy, re-quality of service , the menus, and pricing, thank you.

Cons: I did not appreciate the difficulty of the parking of cars in the city of Leiden.

Superb !

Pros: Everything was excellent, nothing to dislike. Ribeye Steak and Chicken Schnitzel superb as was the Creme Ginger Brulee. Just Great.

Highly recommend this Hotel albeit the location a bit out of town. Comfortable beds, polite staff.

Pros: Our Room was perfect. Very clean. Bed really comfortable. Good sized en-suite. The Bar was really lovely having a very calm atmosphere, and the young man who looked after us in there was extremely polite, friendly and very helpful.

Cons: The only thing against the Hotel was the location. It is a bit out of town, and there really isn't anything to do around the immediate area. It is a 10 minute bus ride from Leiden Central, with buses running every half hour (No 43).
