With car nothing bad to say

Pros: Nice room and reception. Darts and snooker. Eating room looks also nice

Cons: Location. No shop, nothing only high way. If you have no car it's a bit problem.

Recommended: friendly and good value

Pros: Very quiet room with good blackout. Friendly staff who always tried to solve problems. Classically chilled Dutch vibe!

Cons: Limited refreshments in room and nespresso machine was fiddly

Pros: Great hotel in a nice neighborhood with groceries shops nearby. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast buffet is quite good. The reception is always open, very handy for a late check-in! Also, the free but private parking is nice to have.

Cons: The bathroom is not the most spacious I have ever used and the room is missing a ceiling light to correctly illuminate the room.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was good.

Cons: The airco in the bathroom was noisy and could not be switched off. The airco system in the room was very noisy, but at least could be switched off.

Pros: our room was spacious, clean, pleasant lighting. Since our stay took place in December, the room was heated very well. There was a coffee machine with coffee in the room. A small fridge, a large table where you can eat. The bed is comfortable. Good selection of TV programs, large TV. Wifi signal excellent. Every day room service.Free parking front of Hotel was great benefit.

Pros: The staff were always polite and smiley. They cooked fantastic omelets each morning. It was a very good breakfast (similar each day, but very good). The room was OK: comfy bed, a place for work, a coffee machine, and capsules inside. GOOD WORKING heating system. Perfect soundproofing. It was pretty clean, except for a few moments in the bathroom (8 of 10 points for cleanness). Free secured parking.

Cons: There is low lighting in the room. Maybe it looks romantic, but some people need more light.

Very good for what we need

Pros: We don't need anything except bed, bath and coffee in the morning. And friendly stuff, what we all got. Location was perfect for us, prety close to daughter's apartment. Bonus-we can watch SLO TV :)

Not too bad actually, given the price compared to others. Would love to stay again for work.

Pros: Room was large. Air condition and heater were there. TV is large and works well. Not so noisy even though I could hear some noises from the corridor. The location is great, it is easy to reach from the Leiden Centraal either by bus (if you have large luggage) or on foot. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. It is very close to the Jumbo supermarket, so it's so convenience!

Cons: Unfortunately, there were stains on the bed in my room (under the sheets). The bed was too soft such that my body is not flat when I am laying down. The shower wall can be fixed such that it won't make any noise like it will break whenever I open it. The secured wifi didn't work, so had to use the unsecured one, it's a bit slow as well but okay.
