Pros: The man at reception was so welcoming when we arrived late on Friday night last Tea and coffee available I cannot think of his name But I just want to give special mention to the gentleman and Lady at reception Fantastic team..

Cons: Room a bit small

It was excellent, I would come back

Pros: It was very clean, the staff was really friendly and helpful. We got a great view from the balcony, we had clean towels and even netflix on the tv.

Cons: It's not really about the property, but we thought it would be easier to get to the city center. But that's how it is when you're a tourist.

Great place to stay in Amsterdam good connection with trams etc and comfy room

Pros: the location was very good short walk to Jordaan area would recommend the place to friends, room was small but fitted us perfectly

Cons: hard to find the room, hotel in a block with 3 other hotels, parking expensive

Good location, great value for money

Pros: Good location, staff friendly and helpful. Liked the balcony over looking the canal.

Cons: Room was small but compact and worked well. Breakfast was the same every day, although there was choice.

Cons: Dust and cobwebs everywhere. Dirty floor Shower flooded the bathroom, we had to put towels at the bottom of the door to stop water seeping through

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely, comfortable stay – great for families We had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel, especially for families. The breakfast was excellent, with halal-friendly options, and it was very convenient that breakfast runs until 11:30am. The showers were great, rooms were warm and comfortable, and the location is ideal for getting around the city easily. A special thank you to the reception staff, particularly fantastic Omud & Arnold, also to Daniela, and to the chef Olag, who were both very kind and helpful in making sure we were comfortable during our stay. All staff were polite and welcoming. We also appreciated the hotel’s AI app, which made it easy to make queries and requests without stress. Overall, a good, well-located hotel for a relaxed family stay. Thank you to the team for looking after us.

Pros: Exceptionally friendly staff at the reception. Great location. In the room everything was nice and clean. Coffee and tea in the room. The room was small, but very comfortable. Recommend!!!

Cons: Rust in the bathroom was a bit disturbing. No power socket near the coffee machine. Luckily, there were two power extension cords, but it was quite difficult to unplug one from the previous spot. And the nearest power socket was right above the pillow, which was not really convenient. For the rest, it was a great place.

Pros: Very clean and staff were super friendly! Even with the power cut they helped us out the best they could! Overall a lovely place to stay and very central to amsterdam city centre
