A perfect stay with clean rooms, a great location, and wonderful staff.

Pros: I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the location is absolutely perfect for exploring the area. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, which made my stay even better🥰. I want to highlight one person in particular — Solomon from the front desk. He helped me so much during my stay and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me. He truly deserves a bonus for his dedication and professionalism. Overall, everything was perfect, and I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Pros: The location is absolutely excellent, a ten minutes walk to the main shopping and (main) museum districts, with the canals a little further than that. The location was quiet and the streets around us had all sorts of cafes and restaurants; lots to choose from. The hotel was quiet and the room was warm, clean, and spacious.

Cons: Our air-conditioning unit was either broken, or wouldn't turn on. This isn't super devastating in winter, but me and my partner do run hot and prefer a cooler option. There were no windows to open in the room, just a door which we didn't feel comfortable leaving open overnight. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were a little loose too.

The expression’it does what it says on the tin’ is appropriate, but in a very friendly, helpful way, Iwould stay again.

Pros: Spacious rooms/friendly/helpful staff (especially Solomon, the manager). Not a typical hotel setup, small reception/leisure area with drinks/breakfast. Good location, 15 min walk from central square.

Cons: Sound proofing not great, could hear guests move around/talk, if you are a good sleeper/or have quiet neighbours it will be fine. The bed/mattress wasn’t comfy, no extra pillows/blankets in room
