Pros: Staff were really nice. The bed was comfy and clean

Cons: The shower overflowed onto the bathroom floor. And the room was a bit too hot during the night.

Pros: The hotel was very centrally situated, close to train lines and walkable t the city centre.

Cons: it was as expected compared to other hotels. Liked the fact that there was a microwave and crockery and cutlery available for guests to use.

Pros: The hotel’s location is perfect for visiting museums and walking around the city. It was nice that there was a place in the lobby where you could heat up food and eat comfortably if you didn’t feel like going to a café or restaurant.

Cons: Noise from the street can be heard in the room.

Pros: “The location was perfect — close to public transport, restaurants, and main attractions.” just 15 min by tram to the city center. “The hotel had a cozy atmosphere and modern design with a very good WIFI connection. The room was ok ( 14m2) with a water Ketel.. The front office staff were very friendly and so helpful with an answer for all our questions.

Cons: “The room was a bit smaller than expected and the lighting could have been brighter.” “Overall, we really enjoyed our stay — the location was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was that the room felt a bit small and the lighting was quite dim, but it didn’t affect our overall experience.

Best stay ever.

Pros: We had a lovely welcome when we arrived. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of our room. It was spotless. The comfortable beds were always made up for us when we returned to our rooms and there were fresh clean towels everyday. Also there was plenty of teabags coffee and milk in our bedroom. The staff were very helpful and were happy to direct us to different cafes and shops. We were made to feel at home, and that added to the relaxing atmosphere. We definitely will come back here and we also highly recommend this lovely hotel.
