Nice location, beautiful hotel

Pros: Very nice location in the park. We liked the design of the hotel , very friendly staff.

Cons: The soundproof in the rooms is awful, also the shower drain was clogged, which caused discomfort. Also, there was no hair dryer.

Pros: Comfy rooms, very clean and modern. Staff are friendly and accommodated any requests and gave recommendations to local places to eat.

Pros: Absolute perfect location, with great views from the surrounding area. A short 15-20 minute walk from the centre of amsterdam. The hotel itself was a great vibe, very relaxed and rustic.

Pros: Clean and comfortable room, with more space than we expected. The hotel itself is large and beautifully designed, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel is well located (next to a quite park and near the tramway station).

Pros: Nice aesthetics, great and helpful staff. Great location, safe area and a wonderful view of Oosterpark

Cons: The carpet in our room was stained and some of the corners of the room weren't cleaned properly. There was some renovation going on so that woke us up in the morning sometimes.

Beautiful Hotel

Pros: Absolutely gorgeous room, food in the restaurant was 10/10 clean friendly second stay here and is just a perfect hotel

Cons: Hate to say a bad review but our electricity in our room went off twice once at night leaving us in the dark. It took the staff nearly an hour to find the trip box to turn it back on. And myself and daughter waited in the seating area outside the room. I felt the communication was none existent whilst it was all happening and didn’t feel looked after during this time. - however it hasn’t put me off the hotel and would definitely return.

Pros: Really beautiful location and the art is amazing. Hotel opens up right onto a park.

Cons: We initially spoke to staff the night before we left via WhatsApp to confirm if we can leave our luggage stored once we’d checked out however, despite confirming on WhatsApp, we were told at the front desk the next morning that no we need to collect our bags by 3pm as there is an event going on at the hotel. Would have been nice to have been aware from the beginning so alternative arrangements could have been made. Wasn’t allowed to get a takeout cup from the hotel restaurant? I ordered my drinks and was only told after.

Comfortable, modern room with freindly staff and an amazing breakfast.

Pros: The property was in a gorgeous area with a large park just in front of it, the building itself was large, well lit and warm. The staff always happy to help and the attached bar/ restaurant very comfortable and well decorated.
