Great stay would definitely recommend.

Pros: Beautiful hotel in excellent area with the loveliest of staff. Very comfortable clean rooms and lovely reception, bar area.

Cons: Couple minor things - hooks in bathroom very high and none for towels. Mirror at the desk would have been good.

Pros: Lovely hotel staff were very helpful. We asked to change rooms and this was not a problem at all. Complimentary drinks and cakes on arrival was a lovely touch. Bed super comfy and lovely spacious rooms.

Very pleasant, the staff were lovely and the room and facilities were clean.

Pros: I got upgraded to a superior king room which was gorgeous, so spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons: There was a stagnant water smell at the back of the bar. We usually sat near the front door. We also wished the bar stayed open longer!

Pros: Location was great. Waking up hearing the birds from the zoo was nice. Easy to walk into the centre from hotel.

Cons: We had a problem with the bed on the first night and the staff handled it really well and changed the room for us even to a bigger room.

Very good, would recommend.

Pros: The hotel was very well maintained and clean. Our room was nice with plenty of space, the bed was very comfortable and large. Self service check in was very quick and easy and staff were also around and offered help if needed. We also liked the self serve shop type area in reception this was very useful.

Excellent quiet location close to the centre

Pros: Really clean and tidy - beds are the comfiest I’ve stayed in! Returning customer and not disappointed! Really quiet location a short tram ride to the centre and opposite the zoo
