Great value for money self contained apartments

Pros: Location, cleanliness, facilities all very good. I like having self contained rooms. Ironing board and iron on hand too! Would definitely book again next year.

Cons: The only comment was that the run was a little tired. For Jake missing grip and in one of our rooms there was an interesting strain on the sofa. But honestly, these were minor compared to the benefits, ease of access and price.

Pros: It was clean,the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious ,and most importantly the area was quiet

Pros: Very nice accommodation with the basics covered + comfortable

Cons: We asked for separate beds but I guess they where not available at the time, we didn't get this notified before hand though.

Pros: We liked the location and the appartment - was very clean and comfortable. Trams right outside or 25 min walk to Dam Square.Very good shower.

Cons: We were a couple and the kitchen was lacking in the essentials eg. Only 1 wine glass, 2 forks and only 1 knife, 3 potato peelers 🤣 no tea cloth or drainer - there was a dishwasher which was a little pointless because there was insufficient crockery/utensils etc. No hot water in the sink in WC.

Will definitely be staying here again next time I visit Amsterdam

Pros: Clean spacious and warm during the very cold weather and amazing staff willing to put in effort

The strongest point is, without a doubt, the gorgeous location. It's in a quiet, beautiful neighbourhood that feels relaxed and safe, yet it's only a short trip to the bustling city centre. Having a few local shops and restaurants right around the corner was incredibly convenient for groceries and casual meals. The apartment itself was cool and well-equipped.

Cons: Our main issue was with the bedding. We had specifically requested a kingsize bed, but instead found two single beds pushed together. This setup wasn't very comfortable as the beds kept separating, which disrupted our sleep. We did notice it was a little bit less clean than expected, and unfortunately, there was a persistent unpleasant smell in the bathroom that was a downside.

Good location, some minor flaws.

Pros: Good location. Rooms and beds were comfortable with excellent air con.

Cons: The door system is ridiculous. The room was smart, but on closer inspection had some flaws, including a hair in the bed, unflushed toilet on arrival and dirty cups. There were also some very dubious stains on some of the furniture. I was also woken by ACTUAL BABOONS at about 6am.

Amazing room in superb location

Pros: Excellent location, room was spacious with a lovely view, check in was ultra-smooth, honestly I have remarkably few complaints. Property responded quickly to messages.

Cons: Tiny details, there was no pot provided in the kitchen and soap ran out, plus the shower was missing a handle. A chair broke during our stay but the property were super nice about it and no-one got hurt so no complaints there. If this place irons out the small details and makes sure the kitchens are well equipped it could actually be a 5 star hotel.
