Wonderful stay.

Pros: The hotel was stylish and well mentained the facilities were in excellent. The staff were exceptional, extremely good at there jobs. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble from asking for directions to a place of interest or a question about the hotel. The room we had was spacious, very clean and well mentained. The breakfast we had there was very good if you want a full English or a continental style one. Hotel bar had a good selection of drinks and at a good price. All the staff from check in to chamber maid and breakfast service were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and you could request different types of pillows as well, the wife had forgotten some conditioner and there was a card in the room, it said if you had forgotten a item on this list you can get one complementry. We would recommend this hotel and staff 100% definitely one to go back to, thank you to all the staff for making our stay there so special.

Great place to stay in Amsterdam

Pros: Breakfast was plentiful and varied with excellent long operation time,quiet neighbourhood,easy to walk to from the station,staff were very helpful and knowledgeable,the whole place was clean and comfortable

Cons: Tea bags at breakfast could be a stronger brew.

Pros: Vert modern. Exceptionally clean . Comfortable beds. Very quiet location

Cons: Nothing about the hotel. The location was about a 15 minute - 30 minute walk to most tourist attractions, so not right in the centre but it made it quieter and we didn't mind walking.

Fabulous and luxury in the heart of Amsterdam.

Pros: Everything! This hotel was beautiful and so comfortable. I’ve been to Amsterdam many times but this is the nicest place I’ve ever stayed and the location was fantastic. We were given a drink on arrival which was a very nice touch - and as it was my partners 50th birthday we were also given a voucher for two drinks at the bar.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike.
